Mostly the price and locatio. Also enjoyed having a lounge on site
I t was situated in a good location next to a great restaurant.
It is Dirty Stinky broken beds, way over priced and they allow people to check in much cheaper than you quoted us! Very unprofessional staff the night we stayed. No coffee in room and none in lobby coffee pots. The carpets and floors were appauling!!!
Staff was pleasant an. efficient and helpful. Went out of their way to be helpful.
Unfortunately it is not in the best and mst convient location
Next time I would like a receipt.............prettty reasonable request. Instead the poorly trained and somewhat short spoken desk clerk responded that the hotel does not provide receipts since they rely on others for bookings. It was later proven when my Visa was charged by the Outlaw Inn and I had to call and get a receipt............... Would not recommend this for a family.............the night before my stay a "pole dancing" contest occurred next door.
No receipts..............room odors smelled kind of musty
Enjoyable time with our Grand daughters shopping. Staff were excellent.
1. No record of our advanced booking although the staff accommodated us . 2. Could really use a small frig in the room especially in the hot summertime.
Rm 287. There were black stains on the bedspread, the shower curtain was moldly and stained, the floor of the bathtub was rotton, and the faucets in the showers were not secured to the wall. When this information was brought to the attention of the staff, their response was, "Well, tobad you didn't inform us upon check in, we would have given you a discount" As it was dark and late when we checked in these items were not seen when we first arrived. I would never recommend this hotel. In fact I have already warned people to stay away.
The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge was fun. It was quite.
In general the hotel is really run down. The bath tub had big patch's in it. I stayed there years ago and it was sad to see the shape it was in. I would stay there again only as a last resort as it was expensive. I understand it was summer but $150.00 was alot of money for the shape the hotel is in.
the place definitely needs some TLC in its day it was probably very nice but now it is dated and desperately needing renovations. free continental was sad.
In a state of deterioration; potholes, iron gates closing off areas, pathetic continental breakfast
Only had to stay one night
No refrigerator. Wireless was non-existent. TV was small and picture was right out of the 60's. No microwave. Coffee maker was full of calcium deposits. Carpeting throughout the building was terribly stained, old, and worn beyond its years. Parking lot pavement was broken and patched throughout. Lines were faded to non-existent. Breakfast was not tried after a walk through.
I did not enjoy my stay, the room reeked of urine and dog food was found under the bed and in the couch cushions. The wall paper behind the toilet was peeling, as well as the plaster in the bath tub. I canceled the remaining 4 days of my stay and went else where. I have stayed at the outlaw years ago and out was fine, but they have gone down hill for sure. I was just waiting to find needles in the sheet.
The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful
The pool area was cold and unfriendly
It was ok. Nothing remarkable.
The front desk person should not be working there. She was rude to her coworkers and to us as customers. We had to go back 3 times to get the right key to let us in our room, and never once apologized. She scowled and sighed the whole time. I couldn't believe it.
It was affordable.
The door into the room had a gap that made it impossible to not hear everything that was being said or done in the hallway. Likewise I'm sure that my privacy was very minimal for the same reason. I think a 3/4 to 1 inch gap below the door is a bit extreme! When people were leaving at 5 a.m., it sounded like they were in our room, not in the hallway.
its needs new mattresses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and pool updated>>>>>>....jets in hot tub were a joke
